How long will it take to get my apron after I place my order?Normal turnaround time on in stock color is 24-48 hours. Special order colors will take 3-7 days for produciton. Transit time will depend on which shipping method you choose. Back to Top

What happens if the color I want is out of stock?We work hard to keep inventory of all our aprons. If you see that the color you like is out of stock, that means we are making more to fulfill orders. Most out of stock colors will be back in our inventory within 4-10 days. If you would like to purchase an out of stock color, please email us prior to doing so, that way we can make a note of it in our system, and the apron(s) will ship once they are available. Do you ship to Canada?Due to the recent rise in Canadian visitors to our site, we have decide to expand our shipping area to include Canada. In order to do this, however, we will not be able to honor the free shipping on the purchase of 2 or more aprons. If you are interested in our apron(s), and live in or plan to ship to Canada, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page on the website. Please include all the order details including the quantity of aprons, the colors, the monogram for each apron as well as the ship to address. Once we receive this information we will contact you via E-Mail with an order confirmation along with the total purchase price including the shipping costs. Back to Top

Can I have more than one letter put on the apron?Our aprons can only accommodate 1 letter for the standard monogramming. Back to Top

I want something besides a monogram on it. How much does it cost?If you would like to personalize your apron with a custom logo, slogan or graphic, we can do that for a small additional fee which can range from $2.19 - $9.99 depending on a few variables. The best thing to do is email us before placing your order to let us know you would like a custom apron. If you can supply us with a clean vector (.EPS or .AI) file, the additional cost will be lower. If you do not have a vector image, we can convert different file types, however the additional fee will depend on how much time is needed to convert/create the file(s) provided and the size of the imprint area. How do I wash my apron?All aprons are machine washable. Wash COLD with like colors. Tumble dry low, or use a warm iron on reverse side. Back to Top

How is the apron One Size Fits All?All of our aprons have a unique, one piece strap that makes it adjustable for all bakers. All you need to do is pull on the strings equally to raise the apron to the height you like. To lower the apron, just pull down. Back to Top

Can you make me a custom apron?Yes! If you have a certain recipe, conversion or any other idea that you would want on your apron, we will make it for you. All custom items are priced individually and need to be ordered by contacting us via email. Back to Top

What is the return policy?If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns or exchanges for 30 days on items that are defective due to quality. Since all of the aprons are made to order, we can not accept returns on item where the order was place incorrectly. Please be sure to order the right color with the right letter for monogramming. Any mistakes made by the customer will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Back to Top
